The Northeast Behavioral Health Care Consortium includes the Human Services Departments of Lackawanna and Luzerne Counties; The Mental Health/Mental Retardation Program Administrators of Lackawanna/Susquehanna, Luzerne/Wyoming Counties and the Single County Drug and Alcohol Programs of Lackawanna, Susquehanna, Luzerne and Wyoming Counties. The Executive Directors of County Programs identified above serve as the Managed Care Steering Committee for the planning effort underway in the four (4) County area to prepare for a managed care environment for Behavioral Health Care Services.
